[Kotetsu's decked out in his winter wear, trademark hat included, and is simply waltzing around the place, enjoying the snow and the calm scenery. It’s a welcomed change

[Oh, he doesn't actually see him there, but he'll be getting hit by one of Kotetsu's stray snowballs.

Yes, he threw one that poorly, poorly enough to hit someone squatting atop a building. Typical clumsy Kotetsu, and since he's unaware of his blunder, he won't be hiding behind some kind of furniture or a tree, he'll be remaining in plain sight for his accidental victim to see.]

[Wow. That's quite the show of skill to land a hit like that. Given the slight wind and the high up position even people aiming for him would have a hard time hitting Kain.]

[Shame that Kain is not the type to give praise for such one in a million shot. Thankfully Snow is not as debilitating as water to his vampire nature but his face still stings like hell so it's not surprise that he roars.]

[That's bloody murder in his eyes as he scans the direction from where the snowball came from.]

[And he freezes in his step, spinning around and allowing the snowball he'd just been making to fall from his hands, crumble and blend in with the rest of it.]
