Subaru actually hadn't stopped back by the manor before heading towards where he was meeting Seishirou. Mainly it was because he didn't want to be late, but Subaru also didn't want to have to tell Kamui what he was going out for. He wasn't sure how to bring up the fact that Seishirou had arrived to the other, or if Serenity had the opportunity to speak with him. As such he still had his bag and books on him while he made his way through the crowd, not that there was much of one compared to Tokyo.
Luckily the ice cream parlor wasn't too busy due to the weather so he recognized the other as soon as he saw him. Though since he was coming up from the far side of the other he didn't notice the eye or wound at first. "Good afternoon Seishirou-san, I'm sorry that I'm late. There was more for orientation after class than I expected."
"Good afternoon, Subaru-kun!" Seishirou greets cheerfully. He doesn't turn all the way towards the young onmyoji, keeping his left side to him primarily, but he does offer him the cone topped with green tea ice cream. "I took the liberty of buying one for you. I know it's a little chilly for ice cream, but I hoped you wouldn't mind. You like this kind, don't you?"
Well it was a little cold, but Subaru supposed that it wouldn't hurt. Besides he had his gloves so his hands wouldn't get too cold and the walking would help to keep them warm as well. "Thank you."
"Have you had the chance to look around the city at all? There's a lot of interesting places here. And there's all kind of different foods." Subaru licked the cone for a moment, readjusting his bag before looking back up at the other. "Huh? Seishriou-san what happened to your glasses?"
"Foods, hm? You know me too well, Subaru-kun," he chuckles, licking around his own cone as well--not that the ice cream is doing much melting. "I haven't done all too much exploring on my own, no. I'd hoped that you might be able to help me out!" He makes a sweeping motion with one hand towards his right. "Shall we go?"
It's then that he turns toward Subaru more fully, revealing both the cut and--more startlingly, no doubt--the lack of his right eye, replaced by a simple white orb. Nonetheless, Seishirou smiles still. "My glasses?" He repeats, seeming regretful. "Ah, yes. I'm afraid I've lost them."
