FOUNTAIN NOTICE: UNDER CONSTRUCTION
He steps back from his handiwork of the ring of cones and "UNDER CONSTRUCTION" yellow tape that encircled the large hole where the village fountain used to be. Covering the gap was a set of wooden planks with another sign on top that said "DO NOT STAND ON".
"That should do it," he said as he clapped his hands together, dusting them off. He muses for a second. "Well...better be safe." With a wave of his hand, there is a brief flash and a wall of symbols appear around the area before disappearing again.
"Now we're good." After making one last check, he poofs away.
[ooc: Okay, this is the OFFICIAL notice that the fountain is gone. If anyone tries to go to the actual spot where the fountain used to be, they'll see the "UNDER CONSTRUCTION" notices. Anyone can approach it, but basically Sam (yes that's his name :|) put up a mini barrier so no one can accidentally crash into it or anything. The mini barrier works similar to the barrier on the city. You can touch it, but you can't break through it.
