Hi! For those who don’t know me, my name’s Tsukiyono Omi! You might’ve seen me working over at Nectar with Minatsuki-san!
Anyway, today’s a Japanese festival called Tanabata, and I’m having a little mini-festival/party! There’s a park near Nectar, and I’ve got a bamboo tree so we can tie our wishes up!
I found some streamers and paper lanterns that we can put up, and some string we can hang in case the tree’s not big enough for all of the wishes of everyone, too.
How about people start showing up around… I dunno, 7, 8pm? I know a few people said that they’d help out, can you guys show up around 4? So we have plenty of time to set up? Oh, and anyone else who wants to help out, too. I found a couple barbecues at the mall when I went to get decorations, but I might have to ask someone to go find the grocery store and bring back food…
Ah, I’m rambling, sorry! Just please, feel free to stop by and hang out with everyone!!
[OOC- The first thread is the Bamboo Tree (and the cords Omi tied up, in case the tree gets too full). Instructions will be in the first post, but basically, the wishes are semi-secret, so there probably won't be much tagging on that. The second thread will be the set-up thread. If you told Omi you'd help set up, feel free to tag in that portion. We'll assume everything got set up on time. After that, feel free to post your own threads and mingle! Traditional garb, of course, would be yukata, but Omi's not enforcing a dress code or anything.]
