The experience of burning Abel had long since worn off, but Road still got a chuckle out of it when she passed by the large cabinet she had placed in front of the ugly holes and dried blood on her kitchen wall.
It had still been a long time since Road had actually had any decent company for tea and she wasn't feeling particularly inclinded to torturing her soon to be guest any time soon. After all, cleaning up that mess was enough of a pain for her.
