Gareki ↔ Three
Who: Gareki (circusmisfit), Rita Mordio (kyudousha), and anyone who wants to join the chaos

[It's an essentially peaceful day in Somarium, the streets of Somni are going along normally with the majority of the streetcars going their normal speed. That is, until you manage to catch a glimpse of the streetcar two certain grudge-holding 15-year-olds are sharing.]
LET GO OF THE STEERING WHEEL, YOU MIDGET.
[It hadn't even been thirty minutes since Gareki and Rita had gone and hopped on the thing, aiming to get to their destination faster. Unfortunately, it still wasn't fast enough for their liking. So combining the skills of an expert mechanic and a genius mage, they somehow worked it out so that they were leaving a bit of chaos in their wake.
Not to mention the fact that they were now arguing over the steering wheel. If there were any pedestrians around, they'd never have a clue.
... so feel free to accidentally latch on or maybe yell at them. Clearly they need some instruction. Oh, and they might hit people too. :| Watch out, Somni.]
