[Fay has been bumming hard since most of his little family went home. So, to cheer himself up, and publicize the christening of the onsen, he has set up a flowing somen trough just outside the entrance. There is already water running through it and chairs set up so people can sit along it if they stop by and choose to do so. Fay is busily washing noodles in a tub of cold water nearby, readying them to be floated down the trough. Dishes and a container of fragrant chilled sauce are also waiting at his feet.
