Usopp didn't know where he was.
At first he'd thought he was still dreaming. That happened a lot, he'd wake up (or dream he woke up) and be out of the jungle, away from Boin and all its terrifying and dangerous flora and fauna. But in those dreams, he was always back where he belonged, on Sunny with his crew, not...wherever this was. A forest, but not a jungley one. More like the sort they'd had back on his old island, but those buildings in the distance didn't look like his old village, either, so it couldn't just be that he was dreaming of there. Usopp now suspected he wasn't dreaming at all, but somehow was somewhere completely new.
"...H-Heracles?" he called out hesitantly, on the off chance that he wasn't dreaming, but was still somehow in semi-familiar territory. ...no such luck, it seemed. Usopp put his back against a tree trunk, part-hiding, part-cover (just in case), reaching automatically for his bag and breathing a sigh of relief that it was still in its accustomed place at his side. Still, he opened it up, doing a quick check of the contents while nervously glancing all around himself. This place seemed peaceful enough, but he wasn't supposed to be here, and that was enough to mean the entire place might be bad news.
"...what's this?" he murmured, pulling out an unfamiliar object. It definitely wasn't his, but whatever it was, it had a small screen and a keypad, among other things. Usopp momentarily forgot his surroundings, examining the strange device.
