now the question was whether Kharl was going to pose a threat here.]

He sighs lightly before walking toward him. A familiar face -- even one of an enemy -- is worth at least some acknowledgment beyond a wave in passing.]
I did not think a Dragon Officer would find his way here, too. Did you get lost?

[he hadn't moved from his spot, but he allowed Kharl to approach-if on guard. like Kharl, even an familiar enemy's face was worth something in this otherwise strange world. besides, what better to way keep tabs on the demon than through some interaction?
as they say, keep your friends close and enemies closer.]
Apparently we've been pulled here against our wills.

[He finally smiles at the other, shrugging his shoulders.
There is a pause as he decides to clear the air as best he can. One should know where one stands with another. He never let any of his enemies guess on such things, anyway.]
I still have no intention of forgiving any of you for taking what is mine over and over, but I see no reason to make war with you here. [Or now, Rath is the Dragon Lord and really, he has finally accepted that.]

And I see no reason to fight against you here either. [there was a pause. he wasn't exactly "thrilled" with the idea, but considering their circumstances, it my be for the best.]
At least not right now. [meaning, do anything stupid and expect a certain Dragon Officer's sword in your face, Kharl.]

[A beat.]
But with siblings like those two were, I suppose I can understand the desire to cut them down when one sees them. [Constantly being like Kharl owed them his loyalty and assistance. Most annoying.]

[He smiles lightly, but not caring one way or the other if Tetheus cares if he dislikes what he says about the other man's family.]
I thought all Dragon Officers wanted to cut demons down. Especially those as troublesome as those two.

They chose their fate, as did I. And I would protect the Dragon Lord at all costs-even if it means slaying my own brethren.

But that's also how Nadil's demons are. I doubt either of you are much better than the other, but it's hardly for me to judge anymore.
[Nadil was dead and so he could not think that the spirit had launched one final attack against the ones who sent him to his grave. Rath, as far as he knew, did not yet understand his power to send others to dimensions. And so, that leaves only the source from the city itself.
So, he waves in a dismissive manner, yet turns his hand back to gesture for some agreement on Tetheus's part.]
Am I right?

Perhaps.
[there was another moment before he spoke again.]
And what will you do now, Kharl? I highly doubt you will just sit idly by.

[Though, he is surprised that Tetheus agreed with him about such a topic; still, he rather just search for the source of what brought them to this so-called Dreamworld.]
I'm sorry, but you're going to have to figure out what to do with yourself on your own.

[he guessed as much of an answer.]
