[with a peek in, a smile is quick to surface into place, eyes giving a gleam once she sees him into his work. but at least he was free.]

Hello to you too, I hope you don't mind me bugging you for a moment.

Not at all, dear. [ he gets to his feet, striding over to her and giving her an affectionate kiss on her cheek. ]

I'm glad. [a wider smile, blushing lightly at the affectionate touch before hands raise to begin to straighten his coat and tie while she continues to talk.]

I was thinking, it would be nice if we all go out to eat for once tonight. ['We' of course including them both and their son Ritsuka.] That is, of course, if you're not too busy and filled up with your schedule.

[ he stays his hands on her shoulders, looking down as she straightens and fiddles with his attire. he seems lost in thought then before coming down to earth. always a dreamer. ]

Dinner! Oh--yes, brilliant! Not too busy at all, not today. Where should we go?

[you're lucky that part is quite charming. she lights up at his response, she perhaps gets a little too excited at times, so childish of her.]

Well, the restaurant nearby looks like a nice place. [once she seems satisfied about straightening his outfit does she drop her hands in front of her.]

Oh, really? What do they serve? [ with her hands unoccupied, he laces his fingers through them. ]

A variety from what I've heard; from kinds of meat to seafood, Italian, and so forth.

[a fond smile once hands lace together, a silly thought of how well they fit with one another. she grips them gently, completely relaxed in his presence.] Sounds like a nice change of place.

A smorgasbord! That's fab. I would love to go.

[soloriens]

Wonderful! Then once you're done here we shall go. [oh right] Ah, I should probably first let you get back to work.

That. Would be a good idea. [ quick smooch! ]

[ and one in return, smiling.] I'll be on my way then. I'll see you soon. [ squeeze of his hands before she parts.]
