Wondering how to navigate that giant castle in the sky now that you have access to it? Look no further! This map will give a full layout and explanation of all of the sections of the castle open to guests.
The Floating Castle
The castle in all looks like it could easily be 8-10 stories; however, during this event, only the first two stories are accessible to the guests. Furthermore, there are quite a few hallways within the castle that are blocked off from access; these areas are marked in red.
Should you try to access one of the blocked areas, a number of things may happen. You may walk in to find yourself right where you started; you may find your path blocked by a giant walking suit of armor. Other diversion tactics could be employed as well... who knows what the ghosts may feel like doing?
With that said, feel free to explore the castle, and enjoy your stay!
First Level
1. Front Entrance
This is where you will find yourself after the carriages land: in front of a set of huge, elaborate double doors that lead to the inside of the castle. Do come in...
2. Grand Staircase
Right on your left as you enter is an elaborate, intricate golden staircase. This staircase goes all the way up through the castle, but only part of it is accessible at the moment.
3. Grand Ballroom
This is where the main party is taking place. In the Grand Ballroom, you will be able to find food tables, nice chairs to sit on, music and entertainment, and of course, many of our other guests.
4. Back Entrance
These are the less-grand double doors at the back of the Grand Ballroom, leading outside to the gardens. Do feel free to step outside and explore...
5. Hallways
Lining the Grand Ballroom underneath grand archways are various hallways, some of which are accessible and some of which are not. The ones that you can walk down may contain a various number of things. The ones you can't? Who knows what secrets lay beyond them...
6. Game Room
That's right, a game room. Home to every type of game you can imagine-- not just the table games like pool, air hockey, and ping pong, but various games such as Rock Band, DDR, and a multitude of arcade games. And let's not forget the bumper cars~
7. East Tower
One of the four towers at the corners of the castle. This tower is only accessible from the first floor, but goes all the way up to the top past the roof of the castle.
8. Swimming Pool
That's right, a swimming pool. In the middle of a castle only used by ghosts. Kinda random, isn't it? Huh. Wonder why that's there. Anyway, feel free to jump in~
Second Floor
9. Library
A giant library, the size of the entire Grand Ballroom. Its shelves are insanely high, and filled to the brim with books. However, the books of most interest-- namely, about Somarium, the castle, the ghosts, etc. are on the higher shelves. Good luck looking for a ladder to get those books-- you won't find one here.
What kind of books can you find? Pretty much anything else.
10. Guest Rooms
Every guest room has a four-poster bed, a fireplace, and much elaborate furniture. Not gonna find much information here, but feel free to use for whatever purpose you wish~
11. Servants' Quarters
Must have belonged to some of the servants when this castle still had people living in it... The servants' quarters don't have much in them anymore; you might be able to find some old belongings, but not much else. Again, feel free to use for whatever you like~
12. Balcony
A huge balcony on the second floor. You can gather here to watch the fireworks~
The Gardens
13. Gardens and Ponds
Lined with flower gardens, this place has a various amount of ponds in it. Look, there maybe even be some fish in this one.... and is that a floating waterfall?
14. Hedge Maze
A giant and utterly confusing hedge maze. Feel free to wander in, but you very well may get lost...
15. Royal Stables
Home to about 40 horses. Feel free to ride one, but note that they are the Overlord's precious horses, and she will be very mad if anything happens to them...
16. Tennis Courts
Self-explanatory. Oh, hey, it looks like there's even extra tennis equipment left here for you to play a game with...
17. Flower Fields
A giant field of as many types of flowers as you can imagine. Do feel free to pick a few~
18. Horse Fields
Extending far past the pictured map are grand fields for the horses to run in as they please, or for someone to ride the horses in.
