ACTIVITY CHECK: 1/13 - 1/21
All right guys, it's time for the activity check!
The activity check is just to filter out and remind people about being generally active in the game.
❖ going monthly
First we would like to remind everyone that we are going back to monthly activity checks. The necessary 15 comments will stay, but the dream post requirement will alternate every other month. For the month that it is required, the post can be made from either of the previous months.
So this is how it will essentially work starting this month:
If the dream post is not required, a thread linking to another post or log will be asked for instead in its place. This is in addition to original required 15 comments. Dream posts are of course still acceptable.
Regardless, it is encouraged to make a dream post at least once a month. That way you're covered no matter which type it is.
We realize this is a bit confusing, so if there are any questions or concerns, you are free to address them here.

To pass the activity check for the months of November and December, you must provide links to the following:
Note: Comments must be the total comments posted by your character - a thread of 15 total comments would give your character 7 or 8 comments' worth of credit. ONLY count your own characters' comments in your total. More than one or two thread links are fine.
Starting a log or writing a voice post counts as 8 comments each. If you start/participate in a log or start a voice post, you are only required to submit a thread of 7 comments.
Acceptable activity combinations are as follows:
❖ exemptions
If your character fit into any of the following criteria, you do not have to post on this Activity Check and are exempt.
Slowatuses and those who just commented on the OOC community and not on the hiatus post are NOT exempt.
❖ do not meet requirements
If you do not meet the requirements don't panic! The check lasts for one week, and during this time you can make whatever posts and threads you need to pass. If you find that you are too busy right now with RL concerns, you can go on hiatus.
❖ AC comment form
Comment to this post using the following template:
Player: PLAYERNAME
Character: CHARACTERNAME

THREAD: DATEOFTHREAD
**KEEP YOUR COMMENTS IN ONE THREAD!** This will make it a bit more organized. For example, let's say you have three characters. Two of them make the check so you could go ahead and make the comment with the links to their threads. The third did not meet the requirements so you later you make a post or a thread. Instead of making a new comment in reply to the entry, replying to the original comment is preferred.

IMPORTANT: Do not make a post or go on hiatus to dodge the check. If you really don't think you'll be able to be more active, we're prefer that you drop rather than prevent someone else who could be more active from applying for the character. If you really do want to try to be more active, however, that's when you would go on hiatus or make a few threads. Please do not sit on characters if you don't think you'll be able to play them.
We will make another reminder as well as provide a "Danger List" midway through the week.
AC CHECK ENDS 12:00 AM (CST) JANUARY 22, Friday. This means you have all through Thursday to meet the requirements before the AC closes. Since this is going up kind of late, we're giving an extra day to make up for it.
If you have any problems, talk to either us mods (Laena and Lari). We'll be more than happy to work with any issues you may have.
