YOUR CHARACTERS ARE SCREWED PART I
:D AND WE START THE FUN TIEMZ EVENT!
Remember the Nightmare event? Well...this is going to either be not as bad or worse, it kind of depends if you like the thought of the possibility of the buildings caving in on you or the ground giving way.
In short, we have a giant monsoon thunderstorm of BLACK RAIN that will be pouring on Somarium for the next week and possibly longer. At the same time, a huge earthquake hit the world and created a lot of damage, mostly from the outside and of course the Industrial District. Those who are more toward the center should be all right. However, the aftershocks will still roll through and since Somarium is a circle...though there won't be as much, the converging aftershocks will make those in village feel a bit more of a rumble than those who are actually in the city.
Your call on whether or not your residence gets destroyed, however the most damage that will happen to the apartments will be possible containable fires. As there are multiple of people staying in them, it wouldn't be right for one person to be all "LOLOL ENVERIA APARTMENTS DESTROYED :D" if other people don't consent. However, if people DO consent, then go for it.
There will be another signal post for when Part II starts, but that won't be for about a week. Yes, your characters can dream HOWEVER! Some Dreamberries are going to have a hard time communicating. Some people might not have as great reception thanks to the storm. So like in the Nightmare event, it might be staticky or not even work at all. That's your call to make. I will however say that they will not work in the Industrial District.
