Weather: Absolute freezing, with the nightly temperatures falling into the negatives. A blizzard has suddenly struck Somarium, and it's here for the long haul.
Effects: No other effects, but pay close attention to the notes below!

Notes:
- Blizzard. At the stroke of midnight, a freak blizzard will suddenly erupt throughout Somarium. Where the snow storm came from, no one will know for sure. But the winds are harsh and the snow sometimes turning to hail.
- Calm periods. There will be times when the blizzard will die down just enough so that people can venture outside. However, these calm periods are completely random-both in time and in location. For instance, at noon a section of the Residential District (1st) may have a period of calm for an hour, but everywhere else would still be experiencing the blizzard.
- Buildings. Fortunately, the buildings are strong enough to withstand most of the wind and damage, but be careful of windows. They may shatter or break.
- Bad connection. Dreamberries will still function during the storm, but the connection may go bad at different times. This will be especially so when the blizzard is it at its peak. Like the calm periods, some may have decent connection while others may be worse off.
