Empathy
I’ve been fighting a cold for the past few days.
Needless to say, I’m miserable. BUT, cool thing about having an empathetic kid is she rubbed my back to sleep last night. Of course it was in exchange to sleep in our bed, a habit I should probably break sooner than later lol. We went to St Pius open house today and I submitted an application for enrollment next year. I hope she gets in. Since we are a family of 3, I think we can make it work. I think back to when i was a kid in catholic school and saying, “I will NEVER make my kid go to catholic school.” HAHAHAHAH. Here I am! Doing the exact opposite 🤦🏻♀️
We are heading to Vt tomorrow. I can’t wait to get away and hope this cold 🥶 goes away before our long drive. Tavi has beat the monument valley app a dozen times today and I’m kinda jealous because those mazes are hard!
