There's a passage by Aeschylus that precedes the main part of the book, which is only the second place where I've ever heard of him - the first being, ironically, the snippet from G. H. Hardy's A Mathematician's Apology that I've quoted so often:

I thought the epilogue was such a let-down...not what I wanted to read as a final summing-up of 17 years of writing (for Rowling) and eager waiting (for us). The last chapter was good, though.
