I had some sushi for lunch and that seemed to help... tried to have smoothie this morning too, but didn't realize I was buying a Mango Tango that expired yesterday. MacKelly's was kind enough to exchange it for me later. I really want to work out more, but 75% of the time I don't feel rested enough...

Damn that Arsenio! He turned me into a night owl at too young an age.

Good for you! Remember: 10 minute walk in the morning, 10 minute walk at lunch, 10 minute unwind walk at end of day, you've got your minimum exercise. Just a thought. Not that I actually do that, but I could. Well, I'm trying at least... I keep thinking of someone's phrasing that exercise "stress-proofs" your body. Now there's an endorsement. Let me know if you want to try borrowing Jorge Cruise.
