All i have to say about the name is a quote from a play, "What's in a name? A rose by any other name would smell just as sweet, would it not?" not sure if that completly correct but i think you will get the point hehe :)

that's silly though, because it's not all that relevant. the point is a rose has been seen, and a rose has a scent, and all that good stuff, and so people know what you're talking about when you call it a rose. if you didn't call it anything though, just held up the flower, people would know it is a rose, etc. yea.
