at least i'm not as bad off as jackson or fawcett, i guess.

First day of work in nearly a year. Didn't know my schedule. Came in twice because the first time the manager on duty didn't know. Was trained like I would be on a ten hour day even though I'm on eight. Paperwork and videos. I have a packet of training materials larger than some textbooks I've seen here. Interview most definitely a success - was implicated from the moment I sat down that I had the job (fast food, no surprise there) but then when I asked about the management position, she put in a call and I should get a call tomorrow from the district manager.

Excellent.
