Interesting side note, you will hear a lot of names in this journal. Some of them will sound very normal (and yet they are not), and some will sound very strange, and yet, they are proper. Now, since I actually have a theme for this here journalistic style travesty of a memory, I should really start with one of the mainest of all main players, one ( Read more... )

ROFLMAO...OMG I haven't thought about that for years...
All of those nights at the iHop (smile)
All those people...damn...
Was that the same night we tried the mashed potato and steak shake?
Of course Hot Fudge and fried potato products as a good thing has been passed on to many others of the years.
You remember Cece the waitress? The one that ended going out with Don (the owner of that and other iHops)? She has owned that iHop for many years now. Amazing what sleeping with the boss can do for you (lol)

Hi ya Jim: This is Karla, Tiger's old GF from way back in the day (1984-1992). Fun times! I'm older and boringer now, of course. I don't update my journal too often, but if you want to add me that's cool. No pressch. Hee. Heh, although Tiger is his real name, he wasn't named that by his parents legally. The name on his birth certificate reads Kenan John. (You reading this Tiger? Hah? No. I didn't think so.) Ok, so like if your middle name is different from your Dad's but the first is the same are you still considered a Junior? That drives me nuts when people make thier kids a Jr. It's no fun at all. You aren't a Junior are you Jim? If so, I'm very sorry. Also, I seem to remember that Sterno got his name from the Voyagers, as he was always the "stern man." See how that works? Heh. OK. Well, maybe I'll see you in Evanston some time at Sterno's new house. He said he'd be having a house-warming party some time. I haven't spoken with him in a little while. Not since he's moved out of his Chicago apt. Oh and nice ( ... )
