I was in an accident yesterday, two blocks from my house, in which my car was hit on the passenger side by two other vehicles. My car is totaled. The other two cars had some damage, but were drivable. All three of us drivers were uninjured, and there were no passengers. Yes yes. 15th and Hawthorne, in my little basement room in the Holly Street House, with a crazy kitty, two fish, and a veggie garden. Definitely a place I like to call home.
However I was/am planning to leave for the summer. I don't know now, because of the car/money/accident situation, but I was going to rent out my room for the summer so I could go road trippin'.
What're your summer plans? Staying near school?

thank you darling. i really appreciate it. i'm sorting everything out slowly, insurance paperwork and phone calls are definitely a hassle. but at least i had insurance... you should let me know the times you are in town and we should have tea soon, k?

Jeez girl, be careful with that whiplash... I mean, it is so good that it is nothing worse, but don't underestimate the long temr effects of neck tweaking, either.
So sorry you have to go through all this :-(

aw, that sucks 'lizabeth! i hope everything works out in the end(new car, better neck, etc).

i don't know if adam told you, but we're having a 'house warming' party on saturday. you gonna be able to make it? i can stock up on neck braces for you. :P

neck braces, fortunately i don't need. shoulder rubs, however, rock my world.
