New PR for this course, over 2 minutes faster than last year! I maybe went out a little fast, since more people passed me than I passed, and I would have set a new 5K PR if I'd stopped at 3.1 miles ( Read more... )

Are you talking about going to Sawyer Camp Trail? I ran there on Friday - just as gorgeous as ever. :) Great job on your run!!!

Yup -- it's a mile from the school where I teach to the south end of Sawyer Camp Trail. I think I can run from school, do the whole trail and then come back via the road and make it about a 10-miler.
