I had a pretty good week this week. Livin' that gym life and trying to struggle through the 2 monster blizzards that dumped a total 1 1/3" upon us. Yesterday was a pretty good day mosfly. Erica and I took Da Cripple Bus to the hospital and visited the gym. I hit all four of the machines that I intended to and wore myself out doing so. We bussed

It's going to be 26 here tonight, and I'm so sick of winter I can hardly stand it. But I'm hearing it will be a hot summer. I will enjoy that. I'm much better in the heat than I am in the cold. The heat doesn't make my joints hurt.
