i had an appointment with the orthodontics yesterday. For the past decade I’ve had some pretty bad ‘Itis in my right knee. I took a steroid shot for it and it felt OK for about five years. Around 2020 the cortisone wore off and the pain eventually returned. I’ve worn a compression brace for at least 10 years. When I became a crip I had no sensation ( Read more... )

I will admit going to Da Gym is a new experience for me. When things get a little quiet I like to loudly say in my best mook voice “feel the burn” or “ no pain no gain!”. But it’s hard for me to take Gym Life seriously when 10 minutes into my workout, as I am on the verge of wearing down, the overhead speakers are blasting “Eye of the Tiger”.
