Weight has always been a thing with me. I always want to be somewhere in the mists of 150 to 160. but im usually 165 to 175. nothing wrong with it. i just set myself a goal and i kno i can do it

thats wierd because normally its not good to weigh yourself right after you excercise because it will be higher. you could have just lost water weight if you felt dehydrated. boxers go out running with full sweat suits on and sweat off up to 15 pounds really fast to meet a weight category (not healthy!!).
