Soooo, in an attempt to find an exercise program that is flexible enough that I can actually stick to it, and not boring, and doesn't cost me an arm and a leg, I'm starting up the Couch to 5K program. It's three sessions of walking/running per week, for nine weeks, working your way up to running 30 minutes straight by the end.

So sad I didn't really get to interact with you this past event - I was busy running rogue plot, and then we all went to Shetratown, which kind of got in the way of my to do list. Oops.
