You're awesome. Thanks for putting this up. swimming and pilates are great workouts when you're pms'ing... running is a definite no-no because of the whole breast tenderness thing so many of us get.. (I saw your journal on Adam's friend's list..just so you don't wonder) You have helped many by your post, haha. PEACE
