Today's drive in to work was interesting. That four mile strip of Loop 101 that I have to take in order to get on the southbound 17 seems to take longer than the ten or so miles of 17. It was definitely busier, that's for sure. They had me shifing down to third, which is just annoying on the freeway. -

The parents have left for Hawaii, so I am now officially housesitting. Yesterday I just wanted the house to myself, but now I am feeling lonely. Need to find something to do, but I don't know where the nightlife is in this town. -

My students at Phoenix College are MySpace obsessed. Perhaps on-line obsession is a difficult concept to express to the LJ crowd (or perhaps, in varying degrees, they would get it best - it takes both confessor and confitent to understand the confession).
