innocent until proven guilty. thus, burden of proof would fall to the prosecution rather than you. so good news - you don't have to prove that you haven't been in touch with 500+ people; THEY have to prove that you HAVE been in touch with 500+ people. Then again, whore that you are...

Yessss sir! The amendment passed, stripping 220 from the measure.
