Most teens have issues with their parents so I sometimes brush issues with parents off as just teen angst...but I don't get your mom...why not basketball? I mean, if anything it keeps you two apart...lol. But sports in general are great from young women...I could go on for hours! I have two 7 page papers with tons of reasons why she would want to keep you in basketball ;)

As for the internet stuff she's just stuff with that big taboo that if you have a presense on the net, some serial killer is going to get you. I can understand her concern but you guys need to have a little more trust in each other. God, if my mom had a list of all the sites I had been to, we probably wouldn't be as tight as we are and I certainly would not be home for college.

yeah, my mom's main goal in life is to make my life a living hell...really it is. i kid you not she tries everything to get me upset or make me miserable. one day she'll give me a load of money and tell me to go shopping but then, if she does taht, she thinks she has the right to be a bitch to me like, "u better not mess with me cuz i bought you all this crap." ugh she is so flippin weird it's unbeleivable, you would not last a min. in this house if you were here.
