Dude, you have to make a move on her soon otherwise your going to get into 'just friends' territory, and once your there, its hard to get out. I think it would be easier for you to just lean over and kiss her rather than have a big talk about how much you like each other.
Just look into her eyes and you'll know if she wants you to kiss her or not. One of you will have to take the lead sooner or later!
