The gestational sac is the small black blob with a white ring around it inside the gray area. It was to early to see much more than that - sometimes at this point you can but only if the baby is hanging out in just the right spot and at just the right angle. Now, the RE would not promise that this will definitely be a singleton pregnancy, because this early the other one might be hiding out, but most likely it is. The other black blobs on the right side are cysts on my right ovary. My left one has them too - which is why I keep having sharp little pains. Normally in pregnancy you have one cyst but sometimes with IVF you get a bunch. Woo hoo for me.
