thad tried to get ice cream from that truck when they finally let us out, and the man in the truck said "i can't!" and then sped off. really super creepy. i'm probably going to be wary of ice cream trucks from now on.

i like this post! it sums up the confusion of the day quite nicely. I didn't know anything about an...ICE CREAM MAN? WHAT?? AHHH..The puzzle just keeps getting more and more confusing. Did you actually see the fallen tree? Everyone is saying this is a lie, but I would really like to know if somebody saw it so I can know who to believe. I'm glad I saw you at Coffee House tonight!

The ice cream man was in the office for some reason when the lockdown happened, so he got trapped in the hall with the early lunch kids (and me). Sucks to be him.

word. I was on the outside for the whole thing too. it was pretty scary from outside 'cuz mr. policeman wouldn't tell me anything!! I saw men in helmets with rifles! I saw two of them walking through lake daniel park!! but at least I wasn't trapped inside...
