wow that's a tough call girl! I say if you want to go for it! cause 1. you will be able to do multiple changes to your hair without yer dreads and 2. if you ever want em back you can just grow em out again :-) I think you look great with em but you'll look great without em as well... this is something that you'll have to think long and hard about LOL cause once theyre gone you may very easily of changed yer mind and it'll be too late! good luck with whatever you decide!

i can't wait to see you with funky hair. i love your style, babe. i've gotten used to your dreads, but when you didn't have them you used to be able to do much more with your hair. now your options, are dreads in a wrap, or dreads down. haha. i love all your beads and stuff too, though.

I say cut them. 3 years is long enough for a hairstyle, and like you said, you can't do as many things with dreads as you can with regular hair. Plus I think you'd be so cute with a little short haircut... I'm thinking of that Madonna video, "Rain" where she had that short, sleek black hairdo...that would look SO cute on you.
I kept my hair the same for like 7 years, and god I was sick of it. I'm finally growing it out and it's making me SO happy to have some kind of change.
i havent ran my fingers through my hair in almost 3 years.. its such a weird though to be able to do that.. im thinking im gonna cut them.. i dont know how soon. or if it will be soon at all. but im gonna start looking around for a hair cut that i like.
it's gonna be several months before your hair is even long enough to style into a bob. like...something short with bangs in your eyes, kind of funky and all over the place. that would be really cute.
