Gak! I am late once again. Eh, at least I'm doing one this week, late as it may be.
Did anyone watch the cast commentaries? Because Milo Ventimiglia and Greg Beeman did it, and Milo just looked so gorgeous, it was fantastic. His hair was all spiky and asymmetrical and his eyes were just so pretty and like...guh. I wanted to fan myself and say "I do declare" in a heavy southern belle accent. *shivers* I swear, the things that boy does to me just by sitting there. Okay, sorry, on to actual meta now. Ahem.
Previously on Heroes: FORSHADOWING! Adam! Adam is a bad man! Nathan doesn't buy Bob's manipulation, making him the smartest of the lot! Peter has no shirt! Peter has no memory! Adam! The Future is bad! Caitlin is stuck! ADAM!
Peter and Adam are the awesomest thing since waffles. I mean, hello. Adam's all like "Peter, what's wrong with you?" and Peter goes, "Hwat?" and Adam says, "Oh, the Haitian, duh. Well, heal." and Peter goes, "Hwat?" and Adam goes "NATHAN!" and Peter goes "NATHAN!" and the SHWOOM! BEST REMEMBRANCE EVER!!! And then I burst into tears because that scene from the finale ALWAYS makes me cry, and then I scream because PETER AND NATHAN ARE FLYING TOGETHER AND EXHIBITING BROTHERLY LOVE AND PETER SAVES NATHAN AND FLIES WITH HIM AND IT'S AMAZING AND WONDERFUL AND MY EMOTIONS CAN'T STAND IT I'M SO HAPPY!
And then we cut to...DL's alive! No, the one bullet in his ribcage did not kill him. Shocker. And then Maya and Alejandro are boring because we've seen this already, and I don't want to waste time on them. Buh bye.
Peter's carrying his brother into the hospital and screaming for help! Aw! And then he goes invisible which is so freaking COOL! I laughed at the freaked out cop. He was like "Wait, there was a guy here, right? Right???" And then Elle attacks Peter and Bob is snarky, which is glee.
Elle playing with Peter's hair was both really funny and really creepy. She thought he was a puppy or something. Even when she said "Because of you, Peter." it sounded more like "Bad, puppy! Don't wet the carpet!"
Poor powerless Peter. It makes me sad.
Micah is so freaking adorable. He basically makes any scene just by smiling and looking adorable. The scene could totally suck and then Micah smiles and whoop! suddenly it's the best scene ever.
So...Niki's so deranged her brain is cracked? Not much of a compliment.
I don't care what everyone else says, I like Elle. I think she's creepy and adorable. Like baby Sylar.

Yeah, when Adam says to Peter, "You've been through something awful, haven't you? I'm sorry." he was being completely genuine, you can tell from the way he looks when he says it. I don't know what all this crap about him being evil is, Hiro was totally right when he said that Kensei was essentially good inside. So Bob says he's evil, so what? Bob is a liar. And a manipulator. Do not listen to Bob! Nathan doesn't and he's the smartest. Mohinder and Niki do and they're the pretty-but-dumb ones. Repeat after me: Do not listen to Bob!
Elle is cute and deranged and Peter is angsty and sarcastic. I like this scene.
Hah, Adam is smart and knows that Peter feels sorry for Elle. And then he's all "Oh yeah, by the way, you're being led on." These two are the best team ever!
Adam is like Claude redux. Same accent, same snarkiness, similar heights. It's like, Peter needs a cynical Brit in his life at all times, otherwise he becomes emo!puppy and makes the sad face a lot. And we don't like that, so every season we give him a cynical Brit. Works for me.
Finally! And episode that solidifies my Mama Petrelli vendetta! I've been feeling sorry for her for far too long.
I like how Heidi initially believed the car crash story. Yes. That's how Nathan got all radiated and crispy. A more likely story is that they stuck him in a microwave on high for forty-five seconds.
Oh no! Mama's touching you, Heidi! Run! Run far, far away, that woman is creepy! I like you, that's why I'm telling you to RUN! Get the crap ot of there! Mama's touching you!

I love how Peter rolls his eyes after Adam makes that quip about ending Nathan's pain after all Peter put him through. It's like he thinking "Okay, okay, I get it, I'm a horrible brother, I suck, I should never have let Nathan fly me up so I wouldn't kill half of New York, I get it. Can we let it go, please?"
Peter manipulations! I like it when he shows his darker side a little. And that face after she shocks him is priceless.
How does he know he can phase through walls? Did Adam figure that out too? He's like all-knowing, that one. Well however they figured it out, it's cool because we get to traipse through the wall with Peter and it's awesome.

So sweet. And then he just goes and swipes a picture.

Peter has become the human torch! And now he's shirtless and the whole audience goes "OHH!" because now we know he didn't just randomly strip before he lost his memory. I was thinking maybe he was painting? Peter and Isaac always stripped before they painted.

Nathan went to go find Peter in Ireland! How did he know how to look in the pub? Did those same guys from the docks tell him? They've got to be sick of telling people to go find that dude by now. But, the point is, Nathan went to find him and it's sweet! Of course, now Peter is in Montreal, but they've got to cross paths eventually!
"Good, then. Shall we save the world?" and Peter's little smirk and nod make me SQUEAL with joy! Ahh omg!
What I wonder, though, is what's going to happen to Caitlin if they change the future BEFORE going to get her? Will she just cease to exist? Death by time-warp? How very Rocky Horror of them. I half expect the next episode to start with Peter and Adam starting to walk away and then Peter suddenly stops and goes "Hold on, I have to get my girlfriend! And my brother!" and Adam goes, "No, we have to save the world!" and then they have a huge argument and Adam pulls out his very own Teaching Stick and pummels Peter with it as Peter TK's it to pieces. Yeah, I have a very imaginative mind.
