It hasn't dawned on me until today when I turned on my tv and saw the people crying out for help.. That could have been me. I lived in Chalmette half of my life and almost all my family lives there.. Or lived there. I couldn't even imagine having everything I own underwater, knowing that I'll never have the keep sakes and pictures, knowing my pets

I agree with you on everything you said. I'm pissed off mostly at the dumb ass people shooting at rescuers. Oh and people have a right to be pissed at gas prices because there is no reason for it to be that high. 6 fucking dollars a gallon in Atlanta is bullshit. Gas companies make a 70% profit already before the price gouging. I've heard that a lot of what's been said about rioting and such are rumors, but I believe it to be true. It's fuckin' ridiculous what these people are doing out there. I think if you have a gun you should be able to shoot that person on the spot because they are so fucking dumb.

i haven't read revalations from the bible in a while but im pretty sure God says something about flooding the people that ignore his teachings.... i think new orleans is just one of those places.

Apparently what was affected was the size of the entire UK; which is a very scary thought 'coz then we'd have nowhere to go.

Bless your heart. There should be more people like you. I do agree with the first commentor though. Gas prices were a problem before the hurricane and they are beyond ridiculous.
