That's Catherine Tate, and yes, she was on Doctor Who for a Christmas special, the fourth series of Nu-Who, and had done a little sketch for Red Nose Day with David Tennent that made references to Doctor Who, lol.

I never really thought of him as ugly. I just didn't want a blonde Bond XDD I liked my Bond "English"(lolyearight! None of my favourite Bonds were actually English XDD), dark hair, snappy dresser, and a charming lady's man.

And I wasn't into the new James Bond stuff, only the classic stuff (Connery, Moore, and the other two). And I hadn't gotten far with it.
