i lose things all the time. keys. watches. socks. you name it.

and a few months later

it would turn up. in the car. behind the couch. under the bed. in the fridge.

always when i'm not looking for it anymore.

so when i stopped looking for my one true love, she turned up.

"It is natural but wrong to visualize the singularity as a kind of pregnant dot hanging in a dark, boundless void. But there is no space, no darkness. The singularity has no "around" around it. There is no space for it to occupy, no place for it to be. We can't even ask how long it has been there -- whether it has just lately popped into being, like a good idea, or whether it has been there forever, quietly awaiting the right moment. Time doesn't exist."

Like stormyserpent, I also stumbled across this randomly. I've not been intrigued often by people's writing but you've got a style that I admire.
Thus, providing me with an interesting read. Thanks.

my friend's mum told me that it was the fairies that hid the things i've lost.
