I thought DFA were a bit gash but...guestlist innit, so didn't cost me owt. The woman from Metric was decent though, I thought they were going to be awesome after their instrumental intro bit, which rocked, but um, they weren't.

well....i'm more likely to go an see Metric again than DFA, I reckon, though if I were more familiar with t'DFA album or not driving and therefore drinking, I'd have gone for a v.sweaty jump around (t'was one of the most active charlotte crowds i've seen), but i did enjoy t'performance (though it wasn't half as good as the test-icicles, their in-between song banter amused me very much - the fooking crowd was shit for them though, which pissed me off). oh, and yes - good call on them. :) have you got any mp3s other than the 4 tracks on myspace?
