Dreads

Once I start doing dreading again, I'll be looking for people to be putting synthetic dreads into the hair of to make a portfolio.
  • It will not damage your hair, and will be removable
  • I won't be asking for pay, and you won't be paid either, but you can keep the hair/keep it in if you want!
  • It'll be fun! :D
  • You'll need to have at least 3 inches of hair ( Read more... )

How short's your hair right now? I prefer working with a few inches to make the extensions more secure, but my hair ranged from about three inches to five inches, depending on where on my head.

It's not very hard to put them in on your own/with a little help from a friend. When I start making them to send away, I'll let you know, cause obviously you live a bit too far for me to come and do them for you XD

What you do is you braid in the dreads, and I normally work with DE (double ended dreads, aka there's no loop at the top) for wool ones.

here's a few tutorials:

The shorter the hair, the less obvious it is on the dread. However if you want crisscrosses and stuff, you just do some thread or yarn wraps and the like ^_^
