I started cooking stuff again these days. I made my very own baked cheese shitake mushroom wheat pilaf last night. Wish I added some creamy white sauce or any sauce into it. Tomato sounds pretty good... =D
Omg, too much creamy and cheesy things in one place will make your mouth EXPLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOODE. Stuff more things! Eggplants, tomatoes, er...and everything else. Maybe you can be adventurous and make that savoury Thai dish where rice is in the coconut and stuff.
I like coconut but I can't stand having my rice covered in it. Just doesn't sound right to me. I also can't stand eggplants! Creamy white sauce and cheese sounds like something normal at a restaurant. Hmm.. well I didn't enjoy my baked rice thing last night anyways because I like my rice fried

Pickeled cucumbers? Wouldn't that make them...pickles? Haha, I know what you mean though.
I don't think they put the cucumbers into miso. In Chinese cooking, they put it in lemon juice or vinegar. You can't pickle things with miso! Miso isn't acidic! :O
