The Lava cake is actually really hard to make. The best one I've try is the one at Dan Ryans. =)

I actually don't like eating chocolate lava cake. I'd rather eat mousse, pudding, custard, cream puffs, sigjdoildfjglkefdjtkjhntkrnkengkfngjdfgdfgkljrng MMMMMMMMMMMMM CREAM PUFFS.......

I had chocolate lava cake at the local "IN&RICH" restaurant near my place. It was overflowing with lava! Next time bring your own bottle of lava and heat it up with your.. hands!
