I need to start dieting again. It's hard though without any funds. Grrr.... I should be getting money in soon but I feel like I've been eating complete garbage. I need to calm down. I've been really bad. Like letting myself drink beer and four loko's and eating sandwiches and shit like that. I had pasta for dinner last night. I haven't gained as ( Read more... )

I've been thinking...
Since i'll be decreasing my hours at work i will have more time to work out.
Maybe we should start getting a work out routine to do together and i can come over & all three of us can help motivate each other?

Yeah I'd like to start doing couch to 5k again. It really is a super easy program and free!! That or we can play on the wii fit or just go walking or anything!!! I need to be active again. I wanna feel good again.

it's not too hard to at ok on a budget. beans are super, super cheap and thats a good protein that'll keep you full. i havent been drinking at all on the weekdays, even though i get wine pushed in my face every night at dinner. once you know how many calories are in it, and you are exercising and know you have to work it off, it just isnt worth it. i mean, ONE measly shot of vodka and soda water is 100 calories!! thats what you are supposed to have for a snack during the day. so just a couple of those is like your max for snacks. ugh. so, yah, beans with some lettuce and a few cheap vegetables, (theres a farmers market in tempe and one off of the 101 and thomas) should be fine. speaking of this, to work off one CUP of mac n' cheese, you need to run 4.5 miles ( ... )

Yeah I think I'd be more hardcore about it once you're back. I tend to work better when I feel like there is someone to report back to. That or if it turns into like a project for me. I need a new motivation. I did a nice looooong jog/hike through the neighborhood yesterday though! So fun.
