Signed the lease papers and picked up the keys for my flat on the 8th. So even though I'm not technically living in it yet, the place is officially mine!! :D

Have spent the past week organising bills and utilities. I've set up my gas/electric with Scottish Power, internet with TalkTalk, and my water with United Utilities. TV licence I'll get

I think may start using LJ again. Glad to see that you are still around! The Beatles job sounds so very cool! As does the furniture rehabbing. Evidently, old-fashioned "brown" furniture is no longer popular, so I can see rehabbing older pieces as being very popular. Please post pics of the pieces you do!

Edit: An hour ago, I just had a scrambled egg sandwich. Which I very rarely have. After posting, I noticed your "egg and toast" comment. Synchronicity?
