*hugs you* It sounds like you were in a crappy situation. I'm sorry things have been so unfair. And I think it's appropriate of you to point out the situation that's going to make other employees continue to be unhappy.
It's a very good letter, Kye. Professional without being emotional or too personal. Even if you never hear back, I hope someone takes note. I've been in that position before and, like you, didn't keep quiet about it. It sucks that you basically 'took one for the team' but hopefully it'll make a difference for those left behind....and even if not, something better will come along. :)
