So yesterday I found a way to make my acrid, unlovable cider into a warm fuzzy friend: heat, sugar and spices! Take 1 cup of cider, add brown sugar, ground cinnamon, ground cloves and ground allspice to taste. Top the mug with water, maybe a little lemon juice, and zap in the microwave for ~1.5min. Ta-da!
