I think that use of the word "savvy" is an english corruptio of the spanish "sabe".

I think cowboys or whoever would be talking to spanish people and overhear them say "sabe blah blah blah" and just picked up on one word. And with the white "accent" sabe turned into savvy.

I hadnt slept once in two days and i closed my eyes in class and everything turned blue. Not so blue that it was obvious that I was going mad, but just slightly tinted blue enough that I was wondering how I hadnt noticed that my business law teacher had blue highlights in his hair, and that didnt seem the type of guy he was.

I closed my eyes again for about 5 min and then things got normal. btw, I was sitting in the front row. He was less than impressed.

Yes. Finally someone has replied to one of my posts.

That's what I think about the word savvy too.

I don't understand how everything turned blue to you all of a sudden. I mean for me, it's only natural for everything to turn orange after wearing blue goggles since they compliment one another. It's funny how you woke up and everything was blue.
