i know how you feel about the shoes. cedric ate one of my steve maddens and i was so sad i cried. so i just went and got jimmy choo shoes. it was quite a shallow thing to do actually.

i don't invest my time in designer stuff. i just buy it and forget about it because the simple things in life (like seeing ben in the hallways and giving him a hug and getting As on tests) are much more satisfying to me then the feeling of being "rich" even though it is my parents money, and a little bit of my lifeguarding money. it only gived me a false satisfaction of being superior to others, when that isn't even true.

material things just make me sad. when people care too much about them it makes me lose respect for them. and i know you don't do that. i'm just saying that these days i'm getting over the caring about designer stuff. i just buy it because i am raised around kids who do the same, but i don't obsess about designer things. but i'm still being a hypocrite.

lmao. nice! jimmy choos! yeah but my pain was that i spent so much of my "hard earned" money... and that i was waisting it.
but nice inspiration on considering it not so important in life.
however my calculator is very important.
