I'm so glad you're safe. I can't begin to imagine what it must be like to be living in Japan right now. Stay strong, okay? We're all behind you and wishing for your safety and happiness, along with the safety and happiness of everyone else in Japan.
i'm just so so glad to see that you're alright (at least physically). i really hope that the aftershocks stop soon, i can't imagine having to go through that again and again. you guys are all so strong. please stay safe. i'll be thinking about you and everyone else who's been affected by this. ♥
I'm glad to hear you're physically ok, and it's perfectly understandable to be worried/freaked out/scared after going through something like that. If you feel like it might help, maybe ask some of the Red Cross type people or responders if there is a counselor you can talk to. I guarantee you're not the only person feeling like that, and a lot of emergency management plans include people to help victims work through those kinds of feelings.
