So rhis weekend is the annual Speidie Fest and Balloon rally here in town.  The city of Binghamton basically closes one of the city parks to normal activities, and brings in numerous bands/semi famous people, lots of vendors, even more food (besides speiedies of course), and tops it off with a hot air balloon rally.  It's pretty neat, but with my

Maybe the weather was to "iffy" for the balloons to go up. They are very much subject to wind currents and rain, etc.

It was pretty funny in retrospect - I'm just glad I got the flat on the Parkway instead of all those back hills I had just been driving in for 2 hours!!! And now I'm a real girly-man who can change her own tires!
